Departing from Snug Harbour we will explore the shoreline of Franklin Island. Participants must be capable of self and assisted rescues. Participants must be willing to paddle as a group and have a map. There may be breaks for photography or practicing skills.
Please note:
Participants are responsible for bringing all food, camping and paddling gear.
Distances may range from 5 -20 km/ day and about 4-5 km/hour.
Trip may be modified depending on weather.
Participants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19; provide proof of second vaccine when requested.
