Philip Edward Island – Georgian Bay: July 7-11, 2022

Departing from Chikanishing Creek, we will explore the islands of the area and hope to camp in a number of different sites if available. Participants must be capable of self and assisted rescues.
Best suited to people that can be on the water early, if weather determines this. Participants must be willing to paddle as a group and have a map to use. There may be breaks for Tai Chi, yoga, photography or practicing skills.

Please note:
Daily Vehicle permits can be bought at Killarney /George Lake office or use an Ontario Provincial Park Seasonal Pass.
At the boat launch, please unload promptly and remove your vehicle from the launch area.
Participants are responsible for bringing all food, camping and paddling gear.
Distances may range from 5 -20 km/ day and about 5 km/hour.
Cold water paddling gear may be required depending on conditions.

Participants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19; provide proof of second vaccine when requested.
